Not correct. But that doesn't mean that the Cybertruck won't get autopilot or advance autopilot. It may not even mean that it doesn't get FSD.
All the vehicles with HW4 are in the same boat. HW3 is where the focus is. HW4 is behind HW3 cars in FSD. The Cybertruck may just get an older FSD.
That doesn't show the entire story, AFAIK.Not correct.
HW4 vehicles are on exactly the same FSD build as the rest of us.
The below is from TeslaFi for 2023.44.30.8.

CT is drive by wire - could be quite different from other vehicles in terms of interface. Also ethernet instead of CAN. They definitely need to do some integration & testing before enabling AP/FSD.
I follow this very closely. Infact I maintain the FSD release build history thread on TMC.That doesn't show the entire story, AFAIK.
First, you can't look at A version and see the difference, that's because the cars ran different versions most of last year. The USS FSD vehicles were on a 2023 branch version for most of the year, while the non-USS vehicles were on a 2023 branch version.
While the 2023 branch was adding new features, it didn't have FSD active. The 2022 branch wasn't getting the same updates, but it did some other and did have FSD enabled.
It does, at first look, appear as if both sets of vehicles are on the same branch now, but I think that I'm still hearing that the non-FSS vehicles don't have summon enabled yet.
My information is based on what happened last year and Elon's statement.
I never meant to suggest that it was HW4.I follow this very closely. Infact I maintain the FSD release build history thread on TMC.
Let me assure you HW4 is not the reason CT doesn't have AP yet.
ps : I don't expect AP on CT to take a very long time to appear. 3 to 6 months, IMO.

He had it in his ps.So what's your estimate?
Thanks, I was indeed blind. He had it in his ps.
Thak you for all the data input, it's Awesome.Smaller and smaller batches of FS invites. March to 1,000 invites/orders so we can put this "limited edition" nonsense to bed.
Ready for the "line cutting" to stop once the FS have run their course, I certainly hope it is only 1,000 but it is definitely looking like more than 1.000 of them are going to be sold based on current data and chatter.Smaller and smaller batches of FS invites. Yeah, I seriously doubt that it's only 1000 units since there are now 918 orders in the tracker here. Even considering many tesla fans would potentially find their way here and input their order, do we really think that almost all of them would? I'd speculate that even 50% would likely be too high.Ready for the "line cutting" to stop once the FS have run their course, I certainly hope it is only 1,000 but it is definitely looking like more than 1.000 of them are going to be sold based on current data and chatter.
Yea, I agree, I think 50% would be crazy high. Think maybe 10% which would unfortunately support the 10,000+ FS already sold and signal that they intend to go through a big chunk of the 2.1 million reservation holders to see how many they can sell.Yeah, I seriously doubt that it's only 1000 units since there are now 918 orders in the tracker here. IMO, Tesla will sell FS until they are ready to ramp up. How the production ramp up progresses will dictate when they start the general production since it would be difficult to sell enough FS to fill the production of say over 5K per month. Definitely not 10k per month.Ready for the "line cutting" to stop once the FS have run their course, I certainly hope it is only 1,000 but it is definitely looking like more than 1.000 of them are going to be sold based on current data and chatter.
