I imagine as long as you are positioning your straps with two of them in there, you could probably reach it with the third one in by standing on the tire, as long as you aren't really short, and secure it to the bed.

No power to outlets while charging the truck. I dont remember it being off while driving. But totally possible. I know the power to outlets while charging will be fixed via OTA, so maybe driving too?

They make electric bikes but you can’t charge while you drive! Three full size dirt bikes are great for any 1/2 ton truck!
