Haha ? I wouldn't ever be that nieve but as a first time buyer if Tesla ..I've learned nothing can be unexpected lol ? Can't lock differentials and can't use Autopilot...

CyberTruck actually only comes with MyQ compatibility. This is actually my biggest gripe with the vehicle

Well, that upsets me too. MyQ morphed into being a paid subscription. Not happy about it. I still have one garage door that is NOT MyQ and it works fine with my X. It does NOT know if the door is open or closed. But when I leave it closes it, and when I come home it opens it ... That is all I need really.

Well you can always cancel the subscription on myQ and use your cell phone to open and close the door instead of having the car do it. Cell app with open and close button and status / alerts is still free.

Never heard of Tasker? Maybe you are an iOS guy.
You can automate it to open as you approach justblike the car does and not pay the monthly fee.
