Thanks but we've had ours for over a month now and put 3200 miles on it. Not surprisingly the more you drive it the more you love it. Forget the 4 years of analyzing specifications and features. It's the big items that all add up to make the driving experience next level. The steer by wire with 4 wheel steering alone makes other trucks feel obsolete.

After driving 5 hours down to NJ to pick up my AWD CT, I was told there was a part missing that would take a month to get delivered. I was pretty mad but what could I do. I asked them to at least give me a loaner, which they did, a 2020 Model X. Two days later, on Friday, they tell me the car is ready! However, I needed to pick it up that day so they could hit their quarterly numbers. I left at 10am and got my car at 3PM. Very happy in the end.

Same BS I went thru prep was a joke I’m sure mine was a quarterly issue as well. My thought was if you didn’t pick it up they couldn’t sell your vin to someone else, all the paperwork would have to be redone. Glad you got yours and was happy. As disappointing as my experience was with Tesla sales I’m super happy with my truck

I may be the only one interested in this, but what do you all think of having four columns added to this tracking list:

1. Have you had problems that required a visit to the SC or Mobile Service? Y/N
2. Short description of the problem.
3. When did it enter service?
4. When did you get the truck back?

I was thinking the same thing! I wish they had those googly eyes on 'em looking at the CT like "there goes the neighborhood". ?
