Checked more.
The Order Agreement still lists Lifetime Premium Connectivity, but the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement doesn’t list Connectivity at all.

Screenshotting this for record :D thanks for the heads up.

But if it's missing the resale bit, maybe a bonus?

I am waiting to hear back from Tesla regarding this.

This is what I founded:
Vehicle Details - Lifetime Premium Connectivity.
Documents - Delivery Configuration - Connectivity isn't listed.
Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement - Standard Connectivity included for 8 years.

What troubles me is, Tesla wants me to sign off on the Delivery Declaration - MVPA. This document is at the bottom of the Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement.

I think it’s important to note that the Motor Vehicle Order Agreement is noted as “Motor Vehicle Order Agreement (US v.20230201)” meaning it was last updated on February 01, 2023, thus the confusion.

After reading thousands of post on many sites. My conclusions are ,
They don't care, period.
I was in my SC last week. I asked GM about delivery. He said """we have nothing to do with that, all handled out of Austin""". He only gives cards to new owner when told to by HQ.

Very curious. I feel like they're Darth Vader altering the deal.

Some of you guys are nuts. :D

The "standard connectivity for eight years" excerpt is simply part of the standard MVPA for all vehicles. https://www.tesla.com/support/connectivity .

Tesla is not going to rug pull premium connectivity. Lifetime premium connectivity is included in the FS package, it's that simple.

One would think that Tesla, if they wanted to renege on a lifetime agreement, would do it for all the people with Model Ss and Xs that got lifetime supercharging for free, which is worth substantially more than lifetime premium connectivity. They knew/know what they are doing, it is in print, and that is that.

I have been trying to get a firm answer as to when I can pick up my truck that was ready on the 12th in Kansas City. You would think I was offering insults to their mother for asking basic questions about a truck I paid 100k for. If this is how they are going to treat me at the beginning... not sure I want to be here at all. This is sad, because this truck has been one of the most exciting purchases I have made as an adult.

This crappy attitude towards customers is partially why 10% were fired.

I think this one is pretty simple - Standard Connectivity and Premium Connectivity are two different things.

https://www.tesla.com/support/connectivity

If you don't want to click the link, look familiar:
All Tesla vehicles come with access to Standard Connectivity. Standard Connectivity is included in your vehicle, at no additional cost, for eight years beginning on the first day your vehicle was delivered as new by Tesla or the first day it is put into service (for example, used as a demonstrator or service vehicle), whichever comes first. If you are purchasing a used vehicle, you will be notified of how long your vehicle will include access to Standard Connectivity. With Standard Connectivity, you have access to most connectivity features over Wi-Fi, in addition to basic maps and navigation and music streaming over Bluetooth®.

Standard connectivity is basically nav only. Premium connectivity includes live traffic, streaming, sentry video, web browser and everything else. So both things can be true - 8 years of standard connectivity (which I believe is a standard term with all Teslas) but it get superceded in this case by Premium Connectivity, for which the applicable term is lifetime.

I'm no attorney, but this is my interpretation. Nothing to worry about here.

PS Tesla could very easily explain this.
PPS Tesla does a crappy job at the pre- and post-sale service experience

You get your truck yet or is still sitting at the dealership??
Yeah all my bitching paid off LOL. They would still be waiting for the repair kit if it wasn’t for me escalating the issue. I got the poor man’s Cybertruck, should’ve got the Beast ? oh well I’ll just order another one. It’s fucking awesome though.

Let us know any updates. I stopped by my SC today and they said they are NO LONGER doing rivets. They are waiting on new pedals from Tesla. No ETA, and are expecting only 2-5 pedals even though they have 8 trucks waiting to be delivered. I never thought I would have hatred for Tesla. Never! Owner of Solar Roof and 7 Teslas, long term shareholder.
That's good to know, probably explains why my truck is in SC purgatory with no delivery date.

So it seems that was true until I bugged the service manager into checking if they could get an expedited repair kit with the rivet gun and jig. They were able to get one overnighted so they repaired my pedal and released the truck to me. I heard somewhere on Twitter that Jacksonville should be removing the hold on May 1st
