The three all season fluids I just searched on are all good to at least -20 F.
Thank you for the correction. I looked up a few just now and it varied but you are certainly right that 32F was not accurate at all. I updated my post.

The same exact thing happened to me when a 2 inch thick/1x1 foot snow and ice chunk slid down my windshield from the roof. The metal wiper arm connected to the motor is a beast and has tons of torque and power but the blade needs a beefed up redesign because it bends and gets obliterated with any snow or ice. The Tesla engineering team could definitely come up with something that works and also some new programming for the system that can detect resistance and not try to power through obstructions.

We were in Tahoe today and there was a moderate snow storm. We left the ski station having removed most of the snow on the car, after 5 minutes driving with the wiper on, it just blew up in pieces that flew off (we were driving at 20MPH) and fell on the road.
We got them back but it was impossible to reassemble it. We finished driving with the heat set to max and thankfully I put some RainX on the windscreen so the snow was melting and falling off easily. I also used what was left of the wiper metal which gave me a very small visibility (see picture)

I feel the wiper (as usual with Tesla) is the weakest part of the car.
Besides that we also had an issue with the passenger window making a strange noise once the window would be up so we had to keep it a little opened.

Otherwise, the truck did awesome in the snow. I set it to off-road snow mode and the regen and traction was really well managed, to the point of really impressive.
I was driving with a fried who had a 4x4 and was struggling to get in the driveway, the Cybertruck went in without even one spin.

I haven't taken any videos of the wipers clearing heavy snow/ice with surprising effectiveness (I'm impressed), but I do plow through trees with the wipers on, more often than I like to admit, never had a problem with the big ass wiper (make sure your audio is on for the full effect):

Last week I had to move our F-150 in the rain. I couldn't stop from laughing inside at how hilarious the two wimpy little wiper blades look compared to the powerful single sweep of the BAW! They looked like cheap children's toys on a low budget vehicle! Just hilariously clownish.

Just went to the service center this morning and they changed the wiper immediately under warranty. They were actually ready to change the windscreen if it had been scratched.
I also ordered a spare and some proper windscreen fluid designed to handle cold climate.
Thank you all for your great contributions.

On a somewhat related note. The service center also scheduled another appointment for me where they will fit the wheel covers and light bar and the wiper motor replacement.
They also added the following:
- Rework Windshield Camera Fan
- Replace Front Overhead Console, Sun Visor Track, And Windshield Harness Bracket
- Install Foam Block On Ancillary Cover

Did you all get this?
