Anything else change recently? Tire rotation?
not really nothing changed, but i think you are on the right track, maybe traction control acting up. The problem is both times i brought it there they could not replicate the issue since is intermittent. i even drove with tech and did not do it. Its so loud it sounds like shit outside and inside the truck.

Yes they are and service center didn't even try to lift the truck to inspect it. I'm hoping someone chime in on this. im gonna try to do it in off road mode and shift the power to the front to see if i gun it i can replicate the issue.

i was in a parking lot yesterday and it did the clunking noise while accelerating turning left then i tried to replicated and ofcourse nothing lol could'nt replicate it after multiple times.

Might be a stretch, but possibly a loose suspension fastener and the noise is due to load/unloading the wheels on ice/snow. If so, it needs opposite forces to recreate. If braking made a noise, then need acceleration to make another noise and vice versa.

Yeah, I would just crawl underneath with a flashlight and look at every bolt to make sure nothing is loose. Wouldn't hurt to check the lugs, too.

Building something to hang under the Cybertruck so you can watch it all live. What could go wrong? :)

For real though, I think Horizonvangogh is on to something.

Hey all,

First off, thank you for your help!

My Cyberbeast is making a clunking noise when turning, which seems to happen during regenerative braking. It doesn’t occur every time, though.

I had the service center look at it, but they gave me the usual “can’t replicate the issue” response. The noise typically happens during sharp turns while under regen, especially when I’m coming down a hill and turning into my driveway.

I’ve attached a video of the issue, including one recorded from inside the truck.

Has anyone else experienced this? The service center hasn’t been much help—they’ve returned the truck to me twice now without resolving the problem.

What you guys think it could be? Bed axles maybe? Thanks.

I have the exact same issue, service appointment next week. I notice mine when going down a spiral on a parking ramps, letting off the accelerator and having the regen kick in.

My buddy had a similar noise when turning as slow speeds. It ended up being the left upper control arm's nuts were under torqued per service invoice. Said they needed tightened and retorqued. No issues since then .

I had exactly the same problem as you. Service replaced half shafts, drivers side was split and leaking as well. Noise disappeared
Awesome I’m gonna mention it to them I have my 3rd appointment trying to address this on Friday. Thanks.
