And that's the problem. They are not dealerships.

If it's important to you, demand Tesla try and fix them. Stainless steel is a bitch to work with and even harder (pun intended) to manipulate once formed. While the exoskeleton idea was intriguing, it was not fully implemented due to basic engineering challenges. The inevitable problem with mostly cosmetic Issues on your's and others Cybertrucks is indicative of a good portion of the buyer group who are very concerned about cosmetics. The CT SS skin could last 50+ years and owners would still complain about imperfections in the fit and finish that are purely cosmetic.I just picked up my brand new 2025 non foundation series cybertruck today. I was looking it over for quality issues and I noticed that the driver side top trim piece was really warped looking, kind of like it was beat with a hammer. I brought up the issue to the guy who took care of me for delivery and he tried to tell me it was in spec?? I call bullshit because the passenger side is perfectly straight. Anyone else see this issue before ? Can it be fixed? You can also see the shiny panel between the top glass and that trim piece is also lifting pretty bad on both sides of the truck.![]()

Like others have said, just submit a service appointment ASAP (I've been told within 24 hours or 100 miles) with pictures detailing this and any other issues you found. They'll take care of it.I just picked up my brand new 2025 non foundation series cybertruck today. Yeah, that shouldn't be. They'll fix it, given some time for the part to arrive.I just picked up my brand new 2025 non foundation series cybertruck today. Wow that looks like crap! Me I would have left it there until it got fixed. Now youāre going to have to take it back and hope you get a quick appointment which is most likely NOT!I just picked up my brand new 2025 non foundation series cybertruck today. Iām not the OP, but curious about this extra slat on the tonneau. Can you provide more information? One question: it's hard to tell from your picture but it looks like the factory is adding the extra 1 slat to the tonneau cover (where it meets the tonneau applique / rear window). Do you see a small quarter inch slat with drain holes in it? Or do you only see a solid slat right up against the applique?
+1. Tesla replaced the side panel for me and also tale-gate cover just for minor scratches. I told them they donāt have to replace if itās too much hassle. They anyway did it. You just have to create the request within 100 miles or 3 days. I highly recommend doing a deep inspection after bringing CT home. Itās very hard to do detailed inspection at the SC while taking the delivery. If you report after 100 miles, itāll be ignored unless the issue is covered under warranty. You have 3days/100miles to identify anything you see wrong with the truck.. take a pictures and send to service via the app..
Tesla replaced the entire Drivers Door on my CuberTruck because they could not ābuff outā a deep scratch (most likely from the assembly plant or transpor⦠(entire left side of my truck had different kinds of scratches. On the Sail, CantRail and Door.. All of which they remediated over the course of two months) They also took the liberty to go over entire truck for other minor findings..

Few more additional thoughts: for someone who has sharp eyes for imperfections, taking CT delivery could be very overwhelming. I had that problem. The way I tried to cope up with that is, at the end of the day, itās a sturdy badass rough truck. Yes, there will be some scratches and stains, as SS really exemplifies the imperfections, but itās a tough work truck. Even with scratches or panel imperfections, it wonāt break a sweat for any tough job you throw at it. You can hammer that spot 100 times, and nothing would damage it.+1.
