So the seat cover is easily replaceable . I was thinking it might be the whole seat ..
Yes!! It is, but the issue is they have to keep the truck to inspect the sit and meek sure is only the cover so that’s why they keep my truck for 3 weeks , cross fingers I don’t have to deal with that in other 3 months ?

Got my extra slat put in last week and there is significant improvement but still a bit of water coming into the bed on the front driver’s side. I‘ll get out and close the cover and try to figure out where that bit of water is coming from. I don’t think they replaced the applique seal.
Once the leak is fixed, what have you been doing about the oxidation water dripping stains on the front wall of the bed?

yep, slight touch of water when I washed. Not very much though. I don’t have any issues with oxidation.

They didn't swap it to the new seal if you still have water coming in, which is a shame because the seal takes about 10mins vs the 50 to add a slat.

My additional slat solves my inconsistent closing issues. Works like a champ finally after a year of many calibrations.

Pleased with my light bar as well. Clean install on the BEAST.

They do have it. They replaced mine at the beginning of April. I know it is new, checked it after the service visit. Taking it in today to get more slats put in.

Fingers crossed they will be deploying the seal sooner than “soon” as Elon would say.
The oxidation drip stains are evident if you magnify the attached pix I took before the slat add service. The minor leak is now on the driver side vs shown in pix.
How long did you wait for your light bar and how were you notified?

That’s good to hear . I took mine in got the extra salt . Discussed at length with them(SC) about the new appliqué . They had never heard of it and probably thought I was hallucinating …

Does anyone know what the cause of the oxidized water stains in the bed? I always thought it was the water catching the grease from the tonneau rollers and leaking down into the plastic bed.
