Anyone else's door and side mirror still shaking even after getting SB-25-10-002 done?

Both of my front doors have been replaced due to this issue in the past and then they got the new sealant in and ended up doing the bulletin (SB-25-10-002) two months ago. It was fine for a few months but now the driver's door and side mirror is shaking again. Anyone else dealing with the same issue? I was told that a new revision for the actual doors was coming soon by the service manager but that was a few months ago.

Had SB work done. Driver door is a lot heavier but the vibration is still there. And what bothers me is I put my elbow on the door panel when driving and it’s aggravating as hell.

The fix worked for a few months but the vibration is back. Drives me nuts. I’m scheduled to go back in for the third time in early April.

I had mine repaired in August. It worked great up until recently when the vibrations started coming back. Have another appointment on the 9th and I’m going to request that all four doors be replaced.

I have the same issue. But it sounds like replacing the doors right now. Doesn’t really do much good because the problem comes right back. Is that correct or am I not reading this correctly?

I would also like to take a poll and see who has gotten their door replaced due to door vibration or mirror vibration. And subsequently, how many still have the issue versus it being completely fixed. They did the service bulletin on mine twice now and the mirror was replaced. However, it’s still vibrates a little bit. Just wondering if it’s worthwhile to replace the door at this point or if it’s a lost cause. The mirror vibrates over 75 mile an hour speed.

Would appreciate feedback from those who have gotten their doors replaced.

Mine is finished and I pick it up tomorrow AM. Unfortunately, they didn’t replace the doors. Only the same faulty glue fix. Even after pushing and reminding them this is the third time I’ve had it in for the same issue.

At this point, I would file a complaint with the regional service Director for your service center. I’m curious though if they do have to replace the door who does it the service center or the body shop?

I’m curious. Shouldn’t everyone’s cyber truck have this issue if it’s a problem with the door itself or is this just a manufacturing tolerance and quality control issue?

Had all four doors fixed via service bulletin a few months ago. Truck is quieter but mirror still shakes and doors still vibrate with a cross wind greater than 15mph. I learned later my truck was the SC's first to have that bulletin done, so I was chalking it up to learning curve. But now I'm thinking this is something more. Nice to read above a new door may be in the works.

At this point, just having the truck quieter has been the life improvement. I can deal with the vibrations for now.

How many miles before the vibration started?

Around 2000 miles. I have about 3000 on the odometer now. Not my primary daily driver. Given that the problem didn’t happen from day one I think it’s a fair assumption that this is related to the glue and or whatever fasteners they use in the door deteriorating over time.

was hoping others would’ve had their doors replaced and could weigh in with some feedback regarding durability of door replacement, and whether it actually solves the problem.
