I intentionally have practically zero social media.

I’m not getting kickbacks for “views” or “clicks” for posing and pretending to be helpful to forum members by presenting dishonest product comparison “battles” while in bed with one of those supposedly being honestly “reviewed.”

Selling out fellow Cybertruck owners to Chinese overlords is not part of my DNA.

I’m assuming you’re summoning me here? Not needed. Ken’s halo suit is impervious even to @CT_AZ_4x4 ’s Cyber Flame Thrower. Doesn’t need my burn dressings or escharotomies.
My first reaction though was, sorry what? I’m tied up for like 6 hrs and it looks like a royal Rumble happened during that time.
I don’t want to say Ww3 broke out because that seems to already be happening in the world so it’s kind of lost its meaning.

No, all he does is summarily dismiss all the work I do to put together articles that help other members or which some people seem to find interesting. My social media presence is next to nil because I dont sensationalize things like most YouTubers do in order to get eyeballs and dollars. To date I have received exactly $0 from YouTube for the videos linked in my blog articles. MOST of the items featured in my videos I have purchased with my own dollars. Yet this person who I do not know.wants to unfairly criticize my content. If the rest of you want to support him in doing that then the answer is simple, I don't need to be posting here trying to help others in the community.

Ken. I don’t think he is summarily dismissing anything. Everyone appreciates how much work goes into your content.
I happen to know @CT_AZ_4x4 personally and he’s a genuinely a good guy with strong values.
I can’t speak on his behalf but I think he just gets upset as do others I know whenever it seems like the purpose of the content is not for the best interest of the viewer or for the sake of disseminating information but rather for the sake of building up a relationship with the supplier.
I think he’s even more pissed because several people on this thread are not entirely convinced this Teslovix is not some reincarnation of someone who has already proven dishonest and willing to shaft American clients for a few bucks.
None of this may be true but I’d say that’s what’s driving the friction here.
Anyone got a better explanation?
Why can’t we all just get along? Like we don’t already have enough people who see us stupidly as the enemy.
The enemy is the little fucker that stole from likely both customers and Tesstudio and making sure that he has zero hand in whatever it is you’re establishing with Teslovix.

I sent you Darren's contact info with Teslovix and told him that you would be reaching out to him. I hope your interactions with him go as well as mine have gone thus far.

FWIW:
Just got this email. I have had zero issues with current one. Works in every location in the bed and latches perfect.

Hey all, I searched to see if anyone's posted this before and hadn't found it. Apologies if this is a repost.

Yesterday I received my Vault Divider from Tesla. It looks like they've re-engineered the whole bottom section including a modular design of the feet, making it fit a lot better!

IMG_4820.jpg

I was nervous about buying the OEM divider because of all the fit issues I read on this forum so held off initially. I was actively considering the aftermarket solution I've seen with the adjustable feet but since I had the Tesla store credit I got impatient and I pulled the trigger. I pulled it out of the package and threw it in the bed with my bed mat still installed, and to no one's surprise the fitment was way off. I pushed down with all my weight and there was no way it was latching.

After giving up, I moved a section of my bed mat to see if it would fit without (or cut a section out, which I've seen some folks do). I was just barely able to get it to latch. So do I cut my bed mat? Remove it completely? As I was weighing my options, I flipped the divider over and examined the feet.

IMG_4819.jpg

It looks like Tesla has redesigned both the bottom of the divider, and the feet itself! I saw that there was a seam on the feet so I thought maybe I could trim it down a bit - turns out I didn't have to. As you can see in the photos below, the feet are now all rubber and have two sections. The smaller section is about 1/4" thick and is designed to be removable! I unscrewed the bolts with an Allen key and sure enough, the smaller section pops out and I installed the bolts back in.

With the feet shortened I was able to easily install this in the bed of the truck with zero force, even with the bed mat.

IMG_4846.jpg

Now, one of the complaints I read was that the feet don't actually touch the bed because the divider is too tall - this seems to no longer be the case. I don't know if they shortened the entire divider or maybe just the bottom section, but with this installed the divider is clearly resting on the feet, not on the grooves of the bed. So I don't know how exactly they achieved this without holding the old design in hand, but the original complaints seem to be rectified.

Here's a photo I took of a scrap of paper slid between the bed and the divider. This demonstrates that it is not resting on the bed grooves, but planted firmly on the feet.

If I were anyone who previously ordered one of these and it doesn't fit, I'd send it back to Tesla and get this redesign. Hope that helps someone out there!

I like Ken's write-ups too, always good to see the CT community support each other and I've learned a lot from all of you guys and picked up some great tips and tricks along the way. With that said tho, if this Kai dude is the guy behind the scenes here for Teslovix - which is what I'm inferring from reading replies, then associating yourself and your Cyber-Halo brand with them is probably a bad move, I don't know if that's the actual facts behind it - I'm not involved in this. Stealing from customers is never ok, someone from Tesstudio or Teslovix needs to step up and make those people whole. If he was a Tesstudio employee at the time then its on them, if he's with Teslovix then as a show of good faith and maybe a mis-understanding while he was transitioning away - he should make it right - otherwise its just stealing.

To be clear Kai is not associated with Teslovix, my contact there is Darren and I have provided his contact info to others on this thread. I do not want to be associated with any firms that are not legit.

I'm just going off of what you mentioned earlier man. You said Kia left Tesstudio and founded Teslovix.. I don't know this Darren guy, but how do you know Kai isn't associated with them any longer? Just curious... If he's the one who started the company, can you get kicked out of your own company before it even gets started?

I don't know that Kai started Teslovix, only that Kai was claiming to represent Teslovix as well as TesStudio at one point. Then Kai disappeared. About 2 weeks later I received contact from Darren who claims that he represents Teslovix and so far in my dealings with him he has been on the up and up. Could Darren really be Kai posing as someone else? Could Darren be Kai's brother? I suppose anything is possible since I have not met these people in person I can only judge by their actions. I am waiting to see what action Darren/Teslovix take with the other individuals I have provided Darren's information to. Hope that helps.

Teststudio seems like a good company. They missed shipping me a bed horizontal shelf and only sent one puddle light from the two that I ordered. They refunded me after I brought it up. I don't know anything about this Kai guy who seems to be a former employee that was selling stolen stock from underneath them?

I never even thought he was possibly stealing. He reached out to many of us and it seemed he would get us deals if we would post reviews (drumming up business…seemed a frequently done thing). I did like the Tesstudio stuff I got but now I’m pretty hesitant about the company as well as others.
Now I feel the victim of the long con.
I did reach out to Tesstudio but nothing yet. Let’s see what happens…if anything.

Ok this is complete crap, EVERYONE here knows Kai was a representative of @Tesstudio at one point - them just flat out denying he exists is BS. Whether he went rogue and was stealing stuff or just robbing people is still a @Tesstudio problem to make right. If your employee is robbing people as a representative of you, the company is still responsible for making things right, it's YOUR employee. Now whether Kai moved on and started his own company Teslovix is up in the air, the facts remain that we have multiple people cheated by him.

People on here should be weary of buying anything from @Tesstudio or Teslovix

Again, I have no skin in this game but multiple members are reporting flat out THEFT.......
