Any chance you could find the service managers name that helped you out and a screenshot of your service document?
doesn’t have his name on there and I can’t remember it. I’m horrible with names.

I can still charge right now but I'm seeing errors like this. Is this PCS starting to go bad you think?

Good morning all!

Received my second “AC Charging unavailable” warning in two weeks and this time it is sticking, causing me to be unable to charge. Checked the service menu and it is a PCS issue. I have tried the soft reset/Safety menu power off. Foundation AWD, 33,200 miles, and 4000 range VIN.

Checking to see how many people have been affected by this problem and if service is the only fix, what is the turn around time if parts are available?
The sunny side of this cloud for Tesla is the relatively low number of Cybertrucks produced in relation to other models. An estimated 70,000 Cybertrucks vs 4 million Model Y.

That looks like Device Cluster Assembly or pack moreso than PCS. Or at least not the DCAC PCS issue.

Yeah, that's the PCS saying it hasn't heard from the BMS
Also the left controller saying it hasn't heard from the HVBATTCON (high voltage battery controller)

Those point to the device cluster assembly (HVC) or a harness.

Poor charging 12/2025 PCS replaced 1/2026
Received the G revision
All is good, 325kw SC and 48 amp home charging
6/20/2026 received errors:
HVBATT_ alerts
a056 + a742 + a096
May not charge, wouldn’t at home, did yesterday
May not start, it does
In limp mode, warns if in this mode get a flatbed
calling for flat bed tow tomorrow
Will be my first roadside service request ever for any of my five teslas

Your Rev G is working good
Now they are replacing the entire HVBATT 123kwh
Wow

My CT vin 28xx is having that same HVBATTCON error in service mode. Already on PCS REV G. Should I schedule service. Been showing up for about 10 days now.

I had it for a few days too, seemed to go away on its own. Wonder if its a software glitch since everything else (electronically) is working?
