same. I’m hoping the stockpile of parts the company is holding hostage gets delivered before the tooling machine. At least that is the only way I think I’ll get my truck soon.

From Elon’s biography, I know he’d rather bury this company than negotiate. But I wonder if he could get it to like 100k extra a week until he finds another vender who can take over

the analytics would tell a different story. I don’t think service advisors know anymore than we do.

Will be an interesting week. Appears Angstrom Automotive acquired Anderton Castings in early 2025 and then opts to shut down their Troy, TX facility a year later. Why?? Gotta think Tesla has a solid contract, enforceable with Anderton, which Angstrom had to assume that defines exist clauses, equipment transfer, etc.

My guess it will get resolved early this week as Angstrom is a major OE Tier 1 supplier and burning a bridge with Tesla, holding Tesla at ransom, will spook the other OEs.

Assuming it gets resolve and they transfer existing parts, Tesla can continue production with a week to slip.

But the bigger question is how fast can Tesla move the stamping machines and start up the stamping production again?? 4-6 weeks??

Hi all! Thought I would join the fun here. Long time CT reservation holder. Owned a Model Y for a bit and currently in a Lightning. Which I love the truck but really miss the tech and FSD. Excited for a 59k model.

Placed my order with my original reservation on 2/27. Assumed a 2027 delivery date but was randomly offered one on 6/25 and given 5 days to pick up (Tesla Flower Mound). There was no way I could make that one work so I skipped. No ETA in app, when I ask AI bot I still get 2027.

This forum will NOT die…..until I get my truck. Then, it will sort of die for me….aside from the flexing posts once I have it at first, and then the ‘how the hell does this work’ posts shortly after. First time tesla owner.
