Anyone using the V2 Wall Charger with their CT?

Did a quick search and didn't find my exact topic, which is:

Is anyone out there using their old V2 Wall Charger to charge the CT? Looking for some insight and or personal experience to justify having my old wall charger installed in my new living location, or just use the available RV plug and mobile charge for a while longer until I move to a more permanent residence.

I'm pretty sure the V2 wall charger would work just fine, but looking to see what others think, or if anyone is already doing it.

I am assuming I get either a new wall connector with the foundation series, or that I could purchase one with the voucher. (Yes?)

I'm currently using our 30amp RV plug with the mobile charger to charge my Model Y LR, but I'm thinking that might not have enough juice for the larger CT battery pack within a reasonable amount of time. Although, anything is better than the standard 120v plug, that may take months to charge!

WC 2 should be fine.
You can use voucher to get a new one as part of your single shop purchase instead.
Charging at 24A will get you a little under 15 miles of range per hour. We've been doing fine with 32A on the Mobile Connector which is a bit under 20.
Your driving needs will determine suitability (also options if you have two Teslas to charge).

I mean you can, but what's the effort involved? Do you ever use the outlet for an RV? Could reconnect WC there and set it to a 30A breaker just to free up the mobile connector.

I have Powershare with the V3 charger in one garage, and the V2 charger in another. Both work fine with the CT and charge at 48A max, resulting in 27ml/hr.

I have an unused black wall connector available. I know it will work with your truck because I still have one just like it hooked up in my garage. It charges my Model X at 72 amps, but CT will only take 48.

Im using my 2019 Wall charger which I can adjust to 80 amps and output is 80 amps. V2 and 3 are only rated output at 48amps. Sad. Any 2019 models, I'll buy. Love that I can charge the truck in just a couple hours instead of 8. Why did Tesla change to a lower amperage charger? sucks.

The recent vehicles only have 48A max chargers (Wall Connector is basically a fancy GFCI) . The 80A/72A only existed in early S/X.
