Same here. Delivered late April, email about voucher on 5 June, no voucher yet.

I called Tesla PowerShare support, waited an hour and someone finally answered. What he told me is they are waiting for engineers to put the delivered VINs to the system to make sure we are eligible for PowerShare and we will get an email from them. He won’t give a time line but simply told me some people are waiting for more than 2 months. I also asked about the $2500 voucher and he told me that is for people opt out from PowerShare installation.

I am not sure how much I can trust those words, but I guess I can only wait. I don’t have a charger at home so find a charging spot every couple days kinda sucks.

I emailed about changing from a $700 credit to a $2500 credit 60 days ago. Not a single reply to my continual emails on the subject. Tomorrow morning I'm filing for arbitration.

I set up a service appointment with changing the 700 to 2500 as the sole reason… no response yet.

Yes. If you check the model name on the box, it includes the V2L designation.

Thanks, I was hoping that connecting the V2L MC would make the power share button show up in the ap, but it did not.

I assume if I am just waiting for a city permit requested by the installers I will not receive any type of email for a voucher. My quote to install the PowerShare which I signed and accepted already was for $4,300. I am due only for $300 according to the installers since they are using the $4,000 allowance provided by Tesla.

Why ? You shud get 2500 $ voucher , installer is charging you only to install ... not for parts ... who will give you powershare + wall connector ?

Nope. Still waiting.

Also replied to Tesla’s PowerShare email survey and filled out QMerit survey separately. Still waiting. My setup meets all the conditions for easy install.

I have had my CT since February. I got the original email about vouchers on June 4 and then got my actual voucher on June 19. I'll probably use it for the PowerShare equipment. Got a reasonable quote from Tesla electrician for the install.

Good luck! I filed the arbitration about 80 days about the $700 not equivalent to the purchase hardware. Still haven’t heard anything.
