Looking for the best cybertruck charger for home. Will be hard wired and can install a 60amp breaker. Something that is reliable, fast and able to charge most EV’s w adapters.
Thanks

Easy question. The Tesla universal wall connector
Yep. Just works. With the NACS connector now becoming the standard. Kind of the no brainer. I have 4. Oldest two are 8 years old. Even would give them as Christmas gifts to friends that didn't have EV's so I could visit.

Look at the companies that make the other ones. They are struggling right now.

Sometimes new thing on the block when it comes to electricity isn't always a good thing.

Maybe a new cover for the Tesla one. I think someone here makes a stainless steel cover that looks pretty new without wrecking the product.

Why would you go outside of the Tesla ecosystem for charging? Their charger when configured properly, provides the maximum charging the vehicle can accept without going to superchargers/DC. "

The Cybertruck’s onboard charger supports a maximum AC charging rate of 11.5 kW at 240 V, 48 A

The earlier wall chargers 2019 era which I have are adjustable up to 80amps but truck doesn't go above 48amps which sucks!! Wish Tesla would change that. I have 200amp supply at my house.

I would argue a uwc and powerwall 3 is money better spent but I recognize that’s a controversial opinion.

For any one living in a rural setting, like I do here in Manitoba, you can just install a 50 amp RV plug. Charges at 7, which isn't fast, but it tops my CT up overnight. But if you have a power grid that can handle it, go for the most.

Was going to get a UWC with PowerShare, but my state doesn't have any installers, yet, and my state offers a $300 credit on this Emporia charger. So, I got it, and it seems to work well, so far. It has an app with lots of options, etc.

Like if you move to a new address, I’d imagine they transfer it like your regular service. The simple solution tho would be to get 700$ worth of “free” charging to offset it. I charge both my M3P and the cyberbeast on it but here is charge stats on both.

I have a Porsche charger that works flawlessly with my CT at a very high level 2. Usually get about 40 kw/h on 40A or above. Probably works better than the Tesla charger that my neighbour has.
