History; CT - Foundation Series, Delivery - June, Miles - 14K. Previously CT issues - None, Garaged - No, Charge - 80%, Ability to connect to external power source - no

Not sure if anyone has had this happen. Last Tuesday (Cold 15 Degrees), I went to open door but couldn't. CT was dead. What was a clear indicator there was a serious problem, I didn't see the screen sentry mode activate, nothing. After numerous attempts no luck. I called Tesla, they tried a remote access, no luck. A service call was placed (props to Tesla service, they arrived within an hour). CT was not moveable. Literally there was no power in the vehicle. The tech was finally able to locate/remove a cover on driver side front bumper to access power cables to open frunk. Frunk was opened, then he removed a cover panel below the windshield that gained access to power cables for the main power. He literally connected jumper cables and we could power the vehicle enough to place CT in towing mode. Leaving the external power source connected, The tech was able to load CT onto tow truck bed.

Day 2 Tesla update - I went to service center, received a loaner (Thank you Tesla!). Service staff staffed team has never seen this problem. Escalated to engineering. Four days later -No meaningful Tesla service update. Tesla app indicates a completion date of next Friday. Fingers crossed that's actually the case.

Nope. Model S loaner
Not bad.. Possible 48v battery took a shit? For it to have zero power, it seems that may have effected it some how. I don't see how that would have your truck in service for days though. Was it on the charger before you found it dead?

Had the same thing happen to me months ago. Nothing u can do. It’s a faulty 48 Volt battery. Good luck getting it on the tow as u need power to put it and maintain it in neutral. Took me an hour by jump starting it with my Ram truck. Had to constantly have both connected until on the tow. Probably the biggest Cybertruck fail. Let me know if u need to get inside. U can pop the frunk by pulling out the 2 tiny wires from driver side bumper. Jump start that to open the frunk. Then take those jumper cables and connect them to the jumper inside the frunk, just under the windshield by removing the plastic. Once u jump start that and keep it jumped u can now enter the vehicle. Make sure ur key/ phone is near by.

Same exact thing for me, PCS (Power Conversion system) replacement, looks like a computer mother board, last week, 1/11/25.
Took 11 days to get back.

Weird part with mine was that I had no diagnostic. It worked then next morning it didn't.

Yeah same-with a remote car starter battery backup, needed to stay connected. 2 tow trucks 1 to get it out of the garage and a flatbed for towing.
