I finally did the mirror delete (all 3). So much nicer! Definitely a very different scan pattern to learn but if you can learn to rapidly scan and interpret all the info available, well, it is perfectly safe and in some situations safer. And I love the increased A-pillar visibility, especially when turning into crosswalks at night. I also don’t need to worry about the mirrors when pulling into or out of my garage.

Trust me man... my garage is about as bad... thats why the meme :). My wife gets on my case about throwing crap away.
The less stuff you do, the less stuff you need.

At the extreme, you could just sit around all the time surfing on your phone and eating Pop-tarts. Then you would only need a chair, a phone and charger, and a toaster. A bed would be handy if you want to sleep but you wouldn't even need a fridge! ?‍♂

Does anyone know how to separate the motor from the arm? If I can do that, I may have found another option.

I got the CyberTruckCo mirror delete but added a thin rubber pad beneath it because I was worried about aluminum on stainless corrosion issues.

Where did you get the pad from, these have a small exposed gap?

The mirror delete kits fits exact and includes the seal material along the window. I bought the rubber material on Amazon, made a template out of paper and had enough for a few iterations. I was tempted to just use flex tape on the aluminum but didn’t.
