Actually, that's false. SpaceX is saving the government billions of dollars over the cost of a legacy space company like Boeing to provide exactly the same contract services. And Boeing is far cheaper than having NASA do it themselves, so the overall governmental savings are even more enormous.

Why do you use this forum to continually spread so many false narratives?
They were supposed to be landing on Mars this year per the contract. That's not false.

You have some serious misunderstandings about what words actually mean.

Go away and practice your craft elsewhere. We can see right through what you are doing.

Everything you did in your brush video just voided your warranty. I hate being negative but it's impossible when factual evidence just hits you right in the face.

Yes, and I have actual reading comprehension.

Go somewhere else to spread your false narratives, my warranty hasn't been voided.
You drove it off-road. Per the manual, warranty is voided. I'm just here to state facts. From the manual. Mentions nothing about damages just operating the vehicle off-road.

Driving off-road;
• Driving over uneven, rough, damaged or hazardous surfaces, including but not limited to, curbs,
potholes, unfinished roads, debris, or other obstacles, or in competition, racing or autocross or for
any other purposes for which the vehicle is not designed;

See page 7.

Yes it does, less features lower price generally. So...
That's not 'price' that's 'cost'. You're describing lower demand.

Price is what you pay. If other people are also trying to get that truck, you have to pay more than they will to make sure you have it.

Cost is what the manufacturer pays. It doesn't have any direct bearing upon price, that difference is called 'profit'.

Fewer features can mean less demand - but high prices also mean less demand.

You drove it off-road. Per the manual, warranty is voided. I'm just here to...
That is not how warrantees work. They have to prove the specific use was unreasonable and caused the damage. That's the law.

What they write in their warranty is just wishful thinking.

Yes it does.

You cited a bullet-point out of context that was under this paragraph (emphasis mine):

This New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover any vehicle damage or malfunction directly or
indirectly caused by, due to, or resulting from, normal wear or deterioration, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance, operation, storage, or transport, as defined in the Owner's Manual, including, but not limited to, any of the following:

I rate your claims false, and agree that your reading comprehension is either lacking or willfully ignorant.

He's just trying to disrupt the peaceful exchange of true facts and information and cast a negative pall on the forum as a whole.

In other words, a troll.

The plastics will never look brand new again, but they don't seem to degrade much at all. They still look nice, not destroyed.............
Thanks, really appreciate the inspiration. Apart from the normal bushwhacking trails overgrown on the sides, we have a lot of abandoned logging and mining trails that grow over quickly, trees right in the middle of the trail. Having come from a heavily modified Jeep with heavy gauge steel everywhere, I used to just run right over anything 2" or less without thinking about it, and with care 3-4" trees 30' tall go down no problem. But once in a while you get jammed up around the driveshaft/u-joint or muffler or drag link or ... all that other crap under ICE vehicles. So I was thinking CT should be way better in that regard, aside from the plastic up front. Maybe an aftermarket bumper would solve that, but I'm not down with $5k bumpers.. like you said, the plastic is relatively cheap, main concern is cracking that lower part of the bumper and jamming it into the cooling system. Maybe I can think of a way to beef that up without adding 200+ lb to the front of the truck. Have you any concern about the battery skin not being that durable? Wondering whether protection is advisable there, or can it tolerate dragging over down trees and things like that? Pretty sure rocks are too much, but I think my hard-core rock crawling days are done.

As far as the fairings, I've knocked one off accidentally but don't like the unfinished look with them off. I'm working on a 3d printed version that will fill the hole but not hang down, or maybe with a TPU flap that hangs down for aero but won't break off. Surprised none of the aftermarket companies have done this yet, would save me a lot of time measuring and adjusting!

Thank you... I was about to say this after reading that troll's post, beat me to it. Glad there's at least a few of us here with reading comprehension.

I picked up my Cyberbeast Founders about 1 month ago at the Libertyville Illinois dealership. I arrived about 1 hour early. Excited I guess. I had to wait my turn to take delivery. While there in the 45-50 minutes I saw 1 Tesla employee delivery 6 Cybertrucks. I’m in the car biz so I asked. How many deliveries do you do in a day. He said 60-65 a day. I said no way . He assured me it was that many. Basically 1 every 15 minutes or less. I took about 3-4 minutes to sign and be handed the key cards. Nobody showed me the vehicle . Pretty much see the car, see the door , see ya later. Which was fine by me since this was my 3rd Tesla. As mentioned I’m in the business and I do agree with one of the above posts. $100k plus vehicles draw a fairly small crowd. The lease expensive car we sell starts around $65k and most are well over $74k . Not too many buyers join the $109k plus club.
