500 range is a must for my needs too.

Unlike the Semi, the Y was not specifically designed as a tow vehicle. Hopefully the CT has. (don't ask me, lol)

I have some predictions. In order to reduce costs and make the Tesla Cybertruck semi affordable leadership and the marketing team made some changes:

-The blade light will be optional (possibly axed)
-The 3mm SS exterior was rethought due to overkill. It was thinned down to reduce costs and lighten the truck for longer battery range
-Roughly 300 mile battery pack will be standard on the DM trim
-A black interior will be standard (white will be optional)
-An alloy wheel with aero hubcaps will be standard on DM trim. Different alloy wheels will be standard on higher trims
-The powered tonneau cover will now be optional
-No spare tire will be offered
-Towing package will be optional
-RWS will be optional OR unavailable on the DM
-The mono-blade BAW will make production

I think the range will be a little more like 320 plus.
Interested in understanding why you think the tonneau cover will be optional?

lot of no go's for me.......300 mile range is no damn good for the weight of the CT.....you'll be spending all you time charging, especially if CT averages 450 kWh....my 2020 model s after 30,000 miles is averaging 248......no go for me

Right, but he was talking about passenger cars, explaining why the PLid wasnt 500. A truck designed to tow up to 14K, thats why you need 500.
