I would like to add my info to the stats. 2024 Cybertruck Cyberbeast, 20,040 miles. Been with Tesla Service since 04/13.

Charging would stop and then would go from 48A to 24A. Eventually stopped charging completely. And when I went to get in to drive to the service center, the truck was not driveable. The back wheels would not turn and it would not go into drive. Had to have the vehicle towed to the service center. Currently no news on a part delivery yet.

How much battery did you have left when this happened?
I want to say it was around 70% battery when I found out I could not drive it. It is now sitting at the service center with 26% battery.

Not even a week! Was just a couple of days.

Wednesday = Charging issues (48A to 24A).

If you are close to a service center, I would just take it over as soon as it stops charging.

I am very glad this happened to me when I was NOT on a road-trip. The tow truck driver said he has been towing lots of Cybertrucks lately for the same exact issue.

Question: If you had a Rev-G fail, did you have a previous failure?

I'm wondering if some PSC failures are damaging other parts.
We have not heard of a PCS -G failure if new in a 2026 or if was replaced correctly including all associated parts such as harness for 2025 and older
-G is rhe fixed version
My 2025 July build did not have -G, mine was replaced with -G 1/2026

My update: no failure (yet) but had tried to add this as a concern to a service appointment I booked last month for a drop-off today. Yes, it takes a month to get an appointment near me.

I spoke with one tech at length and he says that while they have quite a few trucks in for PCS issues, and they seem to be growing by the week, parts are only now no longer on backorder and becoming available.

I also spoke to the service advisor who was writing up my truck and she said that while she could not add an evaluation of my PCS to my current appointment that I should book a new appointment for the PCS as parts are now available.

So two people at the same service center whom I spoke to independently of one another about the PCS have a consistent story at least. Take that for what it's worth.

As I get my first tire rotation done (nearly two years, 9,500 miles) and the cant rails which I had been putting off they offered me a Cybertruck loaner, which I turned down. So they put me in a 2026 Model S Plaid, not terrible!

My truck has been in the Milford CT service center since end of March for the PCS replacement. It was supposed to be finished already. They keep pushing back because can’t get the parts. They now told me the ETA for the part is April 28th. If it actually comes and they fix it; it will be over a month without my truck for this repair. I can imagine any trucks that came after mine or going in now are going to be waiting even longer.
Weird, I dropped my truck off in Milford the 2nd to last weekend of March like Friday evening and picked it up March 24th. I did call them before I even came in saying that my PCS was failing and with a little arguing they ordered the parts before I came in and their tech even checked the truck out.

Added note for my experience
2025 July build/2025 model
Tracking DCFC noticed I was not getting max 325/500 kw rate. Opened up a service request to check and my amazing center remote diaged it as PCS failure and ordered the part.
No drama and it was done quickly, btw after a recent 2500 mile long trip.

lesson, always pay attention to what perf is expected and act when it not usual
