It could be that they are mostly going by whether they have certified installers covering your location. The one I am aware of in my area tends to schedule solar installations many month out.
Got an email today (1/29) and was approved. It was actually the second email saying I was approved (they sent the survey twice, the first time was two weeks ago). Reserved Day 1 in NorCal in 2019, moved to ABQ NM in 2021, invited to order 12/26, and ordered AWD the same day. Waiting for VIN just like most of us.
Approved but will only do it if the install costs are reasonable. My current charger is 75 feet from the panel, which is a 200a with a 125a sub panel. Ohio.
After ordering the CyberTruck i did receive a survey regarding Powershare for home. Did sent my information on Jan 4th and haven’t received any emails regarding that. I know a lot of people who submitted after me got their email verification stating once VIN is assigned Tesla will contact them for installation of powershare.
Just to share extra information, i do have a generac natural gas generator already installed in my house but I prefer to have the option to have powershare too. I wonder if anyone else in the same situation got any other information?
Got my PowerShare confirmation email today. Release night, I have 2 tri-motor reservations. 1 FS Cyberbeast ordered 12/21/23, 2 hours after invite email received. I’m in Scottsdale AZ
I'm just laughing at the fact that I didn't know this survey email came in after I configured it. Just found it in my missing email. Filled out the survey, hopefully they approve mine.
