I believe the early Model S (maybe early Model X's) had dual internal chargers for charging up to 96 amps. AFAIK all Tesla's from the last 7 or 8 years only have one (48amp max) charger on board.I'm pretty sure that the maximum L2 charging for the Cybertruck is 48A, aka a 60A breaker.
If you plug it into a 100A anything, it will only do 48A max.
It seems to be that your panel may be oversubscribed. Having two 100A breakers as well as other household breakers seems to be overloaded.
