Powershare mobile connector (gen 3) failure.

So I tried both my mobile chargers, one I have used many times and the other has never been used. I didn’t get the update for either one. What am I doing wrong?

What are you expecting to see? The mobile connector update is only for the outlet adapter.

Do you have Software version 2025.20.6 ?
What shows up on the center display if you plug in the outlet adapter, then plug into the truck?

Yes I have 2025.20.6
Nothing happens. It just charges the truck. No notification about updating the charger(s).
So you are telling me I need the outlet adapter? I ordered that and it’s coming soon. I just wanted everything up and working before I got it.
So once I get the adapter then it will update the charger? So I will need to update both of my mobile charger with the outlet adapter plugged in?

The MC update allows it to work with the outlet.
If you've charged with the MC for over 20 minutes since getting 2025.20.6, it is probably already updated and the outlet adapter will just work.

My MC was brand new and the first thing I did was try out the outlet adapter. That's when the truck gave me the need to update message.
