TESSTUDIO CARGO DIVIDER - FITMENT PROBLEMS

Has anyone else purchased the @Tesstudio cargo divider for the CT bed and it not fitting properly? If it does not fit snugly in the bed to hold your stuff, it is useless. I have emailed TESSTUDIO several times to get it resolved, but am not getting clear support. I have called their phone number and it says their voicemail is full and cannot take messages. There is an adjustment on the bottom to adjust the height, but I cannot find any adjustment for the width. Anyone have suggestions?

WhatsApp is the best way to get a hold of them promptly has been my experience.
it’s not always super prompt but it’s better than the other methods of communication.

Hmm not sure I have that exact tool just lying around. Once you widen it, you don’t really need to adjust it again.
I’d recommend picking up something like this socket wrench kit, I use it all the time for my various CT accessories installs:
