My tires are wearing out at 13,000 miles. Do you guys have any suggestions for replacement tires? I’ve noticed that some Cybertruck owners are selling their new factory tires for $700 to $1,000 a set around my area . What are most owners replacing the Goodyear tires with? Thanks in advance.

So after trying out the Falken Wildpeak AT4’s for 1 day, I exercised my 30 day ride guarantee and swapped them out. Ride was pretty terrible………..loud, rock like feel, and an overall unpleasant experience . I went with the Michelin Defender Platinum LTX tires. Super happy with the ride and with a little bit over 1000 miles the range is better than the original AT’s. They are really good in the rain and the dry performance is awesome. The sidewalls are slightly aggressive which I like compared to the Pirellis which to me look spare tire-ish. My only complaint is the tread picks up stones quite frequently and they don’t come out unless you do it by hand. But 100 yards of my driveway is 3/4” stone, so I don’t think the most CT owners will have this problem unless you go off-roading frequently. I would highly recommend. Also if you use the Covers they fit very good with a good amount of sidewall clearance. I have been checking every so often and so far they haven’t come in contact with the sidewall. Check em out, I think you will like them.

Thanks for the info, can you post a pic of the tire on the truck?

I’ve been looking at the LTX, Toyo A/T III EV or just keeping the Pirelli ATR EV. Would love to hear more from folks with Toyos.

I changed my tires as soon as I got my CyberTruck to the MICKEY THOMPSON BAJA BOSS A/T. They ride quiet and smooth and look great. I have 12,000 miles on them and the tread still looks great.

The Baja Boss tires look cool, but I am not off roading. Maybe I’ll drive on a Florida beach a few times a year.

Unless something better comes along, I'll probably replace the OEM All-Terrain tires with the same. They are a very good all-around tire with good puncture resistance and a decently tough sidewall which is important to me because I carry tire plugs and a small compressor instead of a traditional spare tire/wheel assembly. I know I could get a bit more range with a tire with lighter thinner sidewalls but the Dual Motor already has so much range I don't see the point.

Plus, I like the grip, ride quality, turn-in characteristics and relatively low noise levels of the OEM AT tires.

This tire replacement will be some ways off because I've been running the deeper lug "winter" All Terrain Goodyear for at least 6 months of the year. This means the winter tires will be my first tire replacement.

Interestingly, those who drive on beaches and dunes a lot know that a deeper lug is counterproductive in deep sand. The best tires for sand have a shallow tread pattern and not much void in the tread pattern. That's because in sand you need floatation, and a deep lug is counterproductive to that. Nearly bald tires work better than the same tire when it's brand new. Non street legal sand tires are basically slicks with thin cups for more drive.

Tire replacement should depend on your zip code. Michigan tires are not good in my Florida. My roads are not like Colorado. I have 20k miles of highway driving. I want quieter tires.

I love the look of the Baja Boss tires, I remember someone posting them on a CT about a year ago before most of us got our wheel covers. I'm curious how they look with the aero covers installed on stock rims.

What tires are you on? The OEM Pirellis on mine are pretty quiet.

I had Goodyear. Bought Michelin
Bought decibel meter. Both are 70 decibel at 70mph. I hate all so far.
I drive 75 % long distance. I'm on trip now. Going back to Texas next week.
I want quiet highway tires. Its not wind noise. You can very easily on different road surfaces. Sometimes it's 90db.
