Top Speed - CyberBeast vs CyberTruck

I saw the comparison of the different models showing top speed of the Beast as about 130mph.

The Jay Leno interview with the designer said that the drag coefficient of the truck was .33.

Shouldn’t the 800+hp of the Beast translate to a higher top end? Or is top speed limited by software?

There are places in the USA that the top end could be checked, aren’t there?

It's limited for safety reasons; tires, brakes, weight, etc.

I have an AWD and it peaks at 114. Anyone know if it'd be possible to to "unlock" more performance via software update? This is my first EV but I've read that they have done that for other teslas in the past.
