It’s under a thin piece of rubber at the bottom of the rear door pockets. Not marked. Need fingernail or similar to flip it off.
This is exactly what I do. I have a small 12V A23 (I think it is)hidden inside the area where you access the wires to get into your frunk. No problem hiding that battery there, as it only opens the frunk in this manner if power is lost and the vehicle is not in a locked state. Then, I have a NOCO GB40 inside my frunk to bring everything to life.
Haven’t heard anything. No diagnosis on the app yet. Says “waiting for parts” and they pushed my pick up date to Friday.
Wow that's crazy they've had it for so long and are leaving you out in the blue. Hopefully they have been able to figure it out and make it right!
The Estimate shows “low voltage circuit intergrity check”, $230, and just for labor, no parts. They told me at drop off it will likely be under warranty and this would be waived. The truck is still “dead” on the app but at least it is now showing its last location is in the parking lot at the service center. They must have had it powered on for a bit because until yesterday it was still showing the location was at the supercharger in Hickory, NC where it died. It’s at the service center in Charlotte and they had a pretty good snow storm so that probably is slowing things down.
