What’s is the best guess for UK launch of CT?

I would guess 2025/6 but maybe some countries outside USA will get 2024?

Right Hand Drive markets took a hit recently when Model S&X orders were cancelled. Puts a small cloud over launch of CT into places like UK and Australia.

Seeng as Tesla are selling LH drive S & X models (no choice as they stopped producing RH models) here why not add the CT to that list, not ideal but better than nothing and as a bonus great for trips over to Spain and Portugal etc.

I cant find the chart , but only a relative trickle had been sold in Australia. To be fair, EV's had not taken off down here, I would have expected future sales would have improved.

The issue may be , Elon may not want to make too many, and cancelling down here is just the first step.

CT is supported by Elon, and so far, seems to have good support in Australia.
I expect to get mine.

Make that 2, please.
Plus about 25K Aussie reservations.

No and I seriously doubt the UK will be a high priority for Tesla to sell the Cybertruck in. If (and that’s a big if) they bring it to Europe, no doubt they’ll focus on strong EU markets before even contemplating UK - just like they did with the Plaid.

I honestly wouldn’t keep your hopes up (and I say this as someone in the UK with a reservation).

On Sunday’s BEST IN YESLA YouTube channel, Lars reported a photo of a Cybertruck being sent to Europe for testing.

There a gigapress in UK or AUS?

2 million reserves in US alone. Unless out of country have made reservations already I would imagine the wait is indefinite.

Yeah they do have a strong foothold here... for the type of car that sells well in this market.

Look, don't get me wrong, I've fantasised about cruising around the streets of London and taking the beast to parts of the UK where I can test it's limits (which, in all fairness, is not many places unless you happen to own a farm)...

But it will most likely remain just that - a fantasy.

Hell, I've even made arguments to myself trying to justify my fantasy (things like "there's so many mercedes sprinters that have an even larger footprint than the cybertruck driving around!" or "wherever big red busses can go, this thing can go! easy peasy!") but the reality is, you're not going to get 1000+ additions a day to the UK market like you do the Y + 3. And you'll get even LESS sales than the still popular S&X. Tesla simply won't NEED to sell it here - at least not for a *very* long time. And IF they do, it will be just like the new S&X, likely only in LHD version only.
