I gotta say I never noticed before the way the front door window is cut. I had always thought it opened at the peak of the roof not ~4 inches behind the peak. LOL

Don't like this rack, think it could be designed better, maybe more rugged or different lines. It's a pass for me on the rack so far. I see tons of accessories coming from Jeep and this could be way better imo.

Kind of defeats the purpose of a vault... and definitely poor esthetics, marrying a BBQ grill to those clean sheets of steel. Probably adds quite a bit to the drag coefficient too...

I'm driving an Audi Q4 etron currently and it's amazing how much the roof rail cross bars affect miles/kwh with them on VS off

Seriously? That is the worst looking piece of junk. I've made better in my shed using scraps from a previous project. Then again, perhaps that is the look they are going for? I thought then knew something about aerodynamics, this does not look efficient.

On tracks? - so you can load it from the ground and then it will slide into either the slanted or the "squared" onboard position?

I like a good set of racks like the next person but for some reason the geometry isn't looking that great to me. Hopefully the after market will come save the day. I might just have to break out my Mig/Tig welder to maybe give it a go myself.

It could be the stainless with the black rack.

I think if it was wrapped matte black with a black rack...would look better. ?
