This looks bad, I am sure there are rubber seals but that is a good spot for hi velocity wind to penetrate, ram air has a lot of force
Maybe the frunk isn’t fully closed, it needs to go down near the windshield which could make that area pop out.

The lid is just misaligned and whompy on this unit. In the Elle video, the *this* passenger side of the frunk near the window isn’t popped up like on the driver side

All that misalignment *should* just be a matter of normal course alignment adjustments

With some manufacturers, those alignment adjustments are even left to the dealerships responsibility of setup before delivery

If they didn’t carry any shovels in the frunk then they very likely don’t fit

I tell you what, if that thing ain't stainless steel, keep it the fuck off my truck. Do you know how rusted that's going to be in a few years? I don't think so.
Who says it's steel? My Tacoma rack is powder-coated aluminum with aluminum tubing for support. It's way overbuilt and it hasn't ever rusted. Steel is heavy. Why would Tesla use steel for this kind of rack when aluminum can be just as strong and much lighter? Like I've said before, check out Prinsu racks (what I have) and several other manufacturers.

easy *enough* to address, but I wouldn’t load up on straight stock
That could just be lens distortion.

It's not, it's real. You see it more clearly in rear views. Has been this way since at least the early betas, don't think it is there on the OG.

So, one of the new CT videos floating around from the recent Texas lithium videos has a really good shot of the door edge. They missed that patent by a mile. The patent made it look like the door construction was primarily the exterior SS panel with an interior closure/trim panel. It even looked like the seals would be on the SS panel, but the video clearly shows a more traditional stamped steel door with the SS panel applied to it.
