I've got a 60kW generator to do the heavy lifting, but I've got a couple of circuits that I'd rather have on continuous power and not subject to the 30 second generator cranking delay.

It will be interesting if I get the letter.

Doesn’t saint fair at all. And how did they determine it’s not eligible. If they were offering up to 4k for installation, I’m sure that includes a bigger breaker box (if needed), permits, and labor.
I’d get a full detailed explanation of what approvals and what makes it ineligible.
Makes sense if you live in an apartment and don’t have the main breaker box, but if so they should give you something close to the credit.
