Anyone been able to use the $2500 Voucher code in service or on a different Tesla?

I have multiple vehicles, and I got the $2500 foundation series voucher code back in mid 2024 via email. It was never converted to the Tesla Wallet gift card that some had in late 2024.

Has anyone been able to use the voucher code at a Tesla SC, especially on a different Tesla in the same family, for repairs, tires, and parts? etc?

I bought some CT stuff with mine and stuff for my older MS as well. I bought light up sills for the MS which initially showed as not compatible but I emailed and Tesla confirmed that they fit.

I don't know why you would need to transfer it to another vehicle if you mean the other vehicle is yours.

Yes, this was my goal. Did you see the credit in the wallet, or when you called, did they convert it for you? Just called the 1877 Tesla number? any time frame.. days, right away, etc?

I did see it in the wallet, but had no proof that it could be used in parts, rather than 1 transaction and lose the rest (as it had been previously). and yep, the regular number

no credit, just the voucher code. have been clutching it waiting on the lightbar for my AWD FS but am running out of time in the 12 month window.

I had the voucher, and then they sent an email saying it was now a credit in the Tesla wallet, and that's where it showed up. You can also see it when you go to buy something in the app (accessory) and you should see Tesla Credit as a payment option with a balance.

I used voucher code to purchase cyber ramp back in May. Now I want to use balance of voucher to purchase wall connector but when I enter voucher code, the app is telling me that it’s expired even though email says it’s good through Dec 31, 2025. Help! Anyone know a number to contact? TIA

The voucher must be used all at once. You may have forfeited the balance of the voucher if you only bought the ramp.
