How to enter and exit Deflate All mode:

Enter Service Mode

1. Select car icon on lower left screen
2. Select Software
3. Press & hold then release the word "Model S"
4. Enter "Service" on pop up window
5. Select "Enable"
6. Red box will appear means your in Service Mode

Once in Service Mode

1. Select Chassis
2. Select Suspension
3. Select Deflate All

Gateway Unlock Required

1. Hold the right turn signal in the active position + press down on the brake for 8 seconds
2. Wait for countdown to complete to unlock
3. Select Deflate All
4. Run
5. Car will start to deflate "all doors must be closed"

How exit deflate mode

1. Select "Normal" UI Leveling Available
2. Car suspension will go back to normal mode

Beautiful, but…. Yikes!!

When the suspension is totally deflated the truck is sitting its bump stops, I believe.

If the vehicle can be driven in that mode (hopefully not) tiny Irregularities in the road would cause immediate, sharp jolts to the chassis and large ones, potholes for example, could/would cause damage.

Yep, driving a ~7000# vehicle on the bump stops is not advised and not very smart unless you don’t give a shit about the structural integrity of the truck. Lesson learned = some people have enough “fuck you” money to do stupid shit like this….

My air suspension on a Lincoln Navigator lost its seals at old temperatures. It’s riding metal to metal. It will cause issues with your entire chassis most likely.

Yes. But, I’d rather have Tesla implement a Squat Mode that drops the back end to entry height and the front to extract height. That would put the lip of the lowered tailgate closer to the ground and allow the use of a shorter ramp. Now that I can, I’ll take some measurements to see how that would work out.
