I did not request it. It was sent automaticallyDid you have to request it by sending them an email, or did they send it to you automatically?
About 6-7 weeks. Now when I took delivery, it was only $700 credit. So when they changed it, I dont know if this delayed it more than if would have taken if I took delivery after they announced the increase to $2,500How long after you got your delivery?
Go watch a youtube video on the cybertent. I don't think you'll want it.Innnteresting. I took delivery a couple weeks ago, hopefully i hear something soon about this. I've been eyeing that cybertent.![]()
i have, and ordered. To be installed soon. It's definitely overpriced out of pocket as a single line item, but in place of the powershare HW, I'll take it.Go watch a youtube video on the cybertent. I don't think you'll want it.
Had everyone out (electricians/power company) to install my PowerShare hardware (and new panel) last Wednesday but unfortunately it's not going to work with my home setup as I need to separate my panel from my meter and quote for that with everything included/installed is $15k. So I have sadly cancelled that install, getting a refund and they have told Tesla I am not moving forward with install. Hopefully I should receive my $2500 credit to the Tesla Store soon. Took delivery at the end of April as well.Did you have to request it by sending them an email, or did they send it to you automatically?
So the installers were caught be surprise about something?Had everyone out (electricians/power company) to install my PowerShare hardware (and new panel) last Wednesday but unfortunately it's not going to work with my home setup as I need to separate my panel from my meter and quote for that with everything included/installed is $15k. Correct, I had sent the managing company photos of everything but when the installers came to install, the power company shut off the main power but then they realized they needed to separate the meter from the panel as those are both included in the same housing and the PowerShare hardware needs to hit the meter before the panel apparently. Either way it's a bummer but happy to get my money back and get a $2500 credit. There are many items in the Shop that I have my eye on. Cybertruck Spare Tire + Tool Kit (so I can off-road in Colorado without worry), the Cybertruck Air Compressor Ultra + Tire Repair Kit and finally the Cybertruck Vault Cargo Divider along with some smaller items. Haven't lost power in my house since I moved in 8 years ago so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯So the installers were caught be surprise about something?
I got first $700 and increased to $2500 afterwards.Tesla changed the Powershare benefit for FS CT orders. It now states you will receive a $2,500.00 Tesla Shop voucher and no longer mentions a $4,000.00 installation allowance for FS Cyberbeast orders.
When I placed my FS Cyberbeast order for LTS on 5-10-24, Tesla stated they would provide a Universal Wall Connector and Powershare Gateway and a $4,000.00 installation allowance for FS Cyberbeast orders.
