He has it at 12k/year run rate starting the year, which would translate to ~1,000 per month and that's looking unlikely for January.

A run rate of a thousand a month means they could, if without interruption, make fifty units a day.

Which is a rate they seem capable of, some days in January.

That's all it means.

Per the recall paperwork, they made 27k from start of production (November 13) through September 14th.
It was 11k through May 26th.

I didn't even think to look at that when I got it.

Good info. About what I was expecting with VINs, which were at around 18k when 11k were delivered.

If the rumored 2nd Cybertruck assembly line comes to fruition MAYBE.
