It was on here in the app. Now that I completed the action it’s gone.

Have you tested it to see if it will power your house? I tried but the truck did not go into PowerShare mode. I tested opening my main panel breaker and after waiting a few min no change.
I have not tested it yet. I recall there was a place on the app where you could test it but I don’t see that option anymore.

I was looking for that same option and couldn’t find it.

All I see under Controls is a picture of my truck with buttons. Oh, that bar at the bottom can be swiped up. Now I see a Powershare category with a 'learn more' button, and a slider. Thanks!

I was looking for that same option and couldn’t find it.
After I slid the slider to 'on' and went back out to the main page that notice came up, but it was just the same document as the 'learn more' button showed. All is good. I hooked up my truck to the wall connector and it shows that it is connected to the home. Unfortunately my 2 wall connectors don't seem to show what I expected them to show, but that may be a separate issue.

I did not get the email before I conducted a manual test. Enphase inverters shut off as expected when the power went out (main breaker flipped). Truck backup came on in about 3 seconds.

Works fine with the well pump. But does NOT appear to work with active solar. Ie, it wasn’t pulling off the Enphase inverters, to charge the truck or balance. My solar app just showed the system as “ok” but not producing power.

The truck gives me over 3 days of backup with normal loads. But it would have been nice for unlimited days if the solar worked to recharge the truck.

Mine was enabled as well, with 24.44, but the Tesla rep said that solar support wouldn’t be enabled until 25.18. My system has solar connected to the main box, before going into the PowerShare box, which turns off when the inverters when the power is shut down. But I can move them into the PowerShare box once the update comes out. Should be out a “few days ago”

Really? The solar needs an AC line reference to work. The inverter on the truck only works in one direction at a time.... if it is charging, it won' put out power, and vice versa.

And yet I posted the photos showing the truck being charged while acting in power share mode and my main breaker being off so they figured it out somehow. Now I did specifically have them move my solar breaker to the backed up load section even though I had to pay extra for that. They tried to tell me that it didn't have to be there but I didn't think that was true.

I assume this means your solar is producing enough to run the house, plus 1.6 kw to charge the truck. So I’m curious what happens when the solar starts to produce less than the house is using. If it switches back to the truck will it switch and cause the power to flicker?

also where is the solar connected, directly into the PowerShare box or into the main panel. Can you also post a screenshot of the PowerShare screen in the app?
