No regen AND friction brakes not working? All four of them? Did the pedal go to the floor? Sounds like not based on the description.

A vehicle system failure highly unlikely IMO, but i look forward to seeing the follow up with Tesla's response in a Tesla app screenshot.

Guys I had my Truck for less than 350 miles. something happened i cant explain... I was driving like usual and when coming into a turn releasing the accelerator but the speed wasnt reducing... so i pressed the brake... but it didnt engage.... until it was too late and i hit a signal light pole, also airbags didnt deploy.
How did you end up hitting the pole though? Surely you could’ve steered into a direction that wasn’t the pole. And you didn’t plan on driving in the direction of the pole. So how did that happen?

Also, what was the state of charge when this happened? Did you just start driving it, or did it happen after driving it for 3, 6, 10 miles?

Happened yesterday so the OP likely has plenty of pictures on their phone.

Pretty amazing how people who were not there, in a vehicle they have never driven, 100% know what happened without a shadow of a doubt.

One of two things going on here.

1. OP had a very unfortunate accident that may have been caused by CT hardware or software, they will post pictures and we will all cry at a wrecked, or at least damaged cybertruck.
2. OP is some secret Tesla stock assasin as many have claimed and will not post any pics and this thread will die out as people assume it is not truthful

Pretty much waiting for pictures at this point, think that both options above are possibilities and hope if it is true the people pulling out pitchforks apologize appropriately.

Certainly hit that with some force. Amazed the airbag didn't deploy. Good luck with everything.

Seems like the well known brake vs accelerator mishap. I looked at the diagram on the parts catalog, not even sure HOW the brakes could fail 100%. The brake-assist motor would have to be going backwards fighting your input to neutralize the braking.

At the beginning the OP was a troll because Tesla is perfect. OP post pics and now he doesn’t know the difference from brake and gas because Tesla’s are so sophisticated ???
Yea it went from OP made it up to gotta be something else.
Glad the OP is ok, glad he posted pictures so at least the "made it up" can be put to bed for the most part.

Would say the tinfoil troll accusers owe him an apology, truck is at a service center with a service tag on the dash.
