It says, "completed crush," not "crash."

These are “sanctioned release photos”, and back seat still isn’t cleared yet by a the overlords. I wonder if there is going to be a special treat back there. What could it be? Hammock? Why is this backseat like a unicorn?! I’d like to see it.
I think you are right. It says, "completed crush," not "crash."
You don’t think the up front plastic is covering damage from 5mph frontal tests? The note probably means “Completed crash (test model), ready to go (to the testing facility to be smashed)”.
Too bad they didn't have a chicken with them!!Now *these* folks could have managed some interesting measurement-taking
Precisely. So once again some just ‘happens’ to come by a Cybertruck and yet doesn’t take a picture of the one area Tesla doesn’t want people to see yet.Why is this backseat like a unicorn?! I’d like to see it.
My theory is that some prep for crash testing has been completed and NOW it is ready to be crashed or crushed. What kind of crash test could this have been? 5mph into a sack of potato's. Looks like no damage at all. Outline of front end looks pretty much in place. Any idea's ?
That looks more like a wire loom to me.I spy with my little eye a hydraulic brake line (on the rear, at least)
If it is hydraulic on the rear (CT has sliding rear calipers), and it is the Brembo Sensify system, then it is certainly on the front as well, since Brembo Sensify fixed calipers are only available as a localized hydraulic option (for now).I spy with my little eye a hydraulic brake line (on the rear, at least)
You've heard of "The crumple zone"? The Crumple zone of the Cybertruck is the other vehicle...looks like there's no damage at all. would definitely worry if I was the car on the other side of that thing.
