I stand corrected
I suggest that anyone inventing their own Cybertruck light and headlight implementations go look at the images and video on: tesla.com/cybertruck because all 3 light bars are shown in use and the headlights are shown multiple times in use on the hood light bar.

Doesn’t it look like the wiper will do a horrible job at cleaning the passenger’s view? And thus, also the driver’s view to the right? For example when a huge truck throws slush on the windshield in winter.
You are absolutely right, this wiper cannot be the final version.

Behind the bumper is fine. Why care where the spool and motor is? You care where the hook and line is.

I think that I would prefer behind the bumper. It would keep the airflow cleaner and I want RANGE, RANGE, RANGE!

Driving range or winch range?

How far can most winches reach?

Driving range of course (that is why I referred to airflow cleanliness - to reduce parasitic drag). I have seen winch cables at 100' and up but I am not a winch expert. I think that they are invaluable for offroad vehicles.

What if it ends up being TWO BAWs? ??
Even though you are joking, then they have another problem I guess - keeping them from hitting each other, but I guess I wouldn't have a problem with it.

BAW BAW

Yes, twice as good !!!!!
We have Mount BAW BAW in Victoria.
Wow, that adds to the coolness.

Mountain, county region/town, and a meaning in aboriginal language (a 2nd BAW might be a BAW BAW :)

What is Baw Baw in Aboriginal history?
“Baw Baw” is thought to be of aboriginal origin meaning “echo”.

I don't have any issues with the BAW, but the thought of having two along with the fact that some people don't like even the one makes it funny.

If dual BAWs are really the intended solution for production, something like the twin opposing vertical wipers on Honda Civics could work. Obviously for CT these would sit vertically when stationary:

Passengers and driver only look through the lower two thirds of the windscreen which will be completely wiped by the single BAW on one side. You have tot think of anything above the camera/mirror pod on the windscreen as part of the glass roof, not as part of the windscreen. That's also why the top part is tinted. The MX/M3 also doesn't have a wiper for the glass roof.
(PS in this photo the rear glass roof really looks like its a solar panel)
