My Cybertruck was delivered 5/30 and I just got an email asking me to sign an Adobe e-sign document to agree to installation. The sender is from "Jemare Martinez" and the URL is not from Tesla, but from echosign.com. Is this the normal way the process happens in California? I don't know if this is a scam or not. I have not received the $2500 voucher that was promised. The guys at the Irvine service center know nothing about the process. Has anyone in CA received the same email? Is the voucher sent by email before you agree/decline to do the installation, or after?

Did you receive a voucher from Tesla to buy the equipment? If so, when?

My quote also came from qmerit. That was the company that I filled out all of the information and sent photos to.

Yes, Irvine Service centers are clueless about almost everything. Not surprising, we are in Orange County.

The voucher you will receive through email.

Thanks. Did you get the voucher before or after contact from qmerit?

Won’t do much good until Tesla sends out the software. I don’t know of anyone who is able to power the house as of now.

There was a post where someone was powering their house in Houston after the last storm, off their CT. My understanding software is already installed in CT.

A week passed after I had received and approved a quote through Qmerit and I still didn't have a voucher so I opened a support case on Tesla's website. 2 days later I received my voucher. There's about a month lead time on the Powershare hardware, I finally received mine last week and I ordered it at the beginning on July.
