I would consider them what OP paid....IF...they weren't temporary. I know if I paid that much, our Tesla wheel covers would ship next week.

expensive to make a secondary 12v wiring system for aftermarket accessories
Don't know how good it is, but I see a 120V/240V AC input, 500W to 12V DC, 40A box (w. fan, power cord, and various DC side cables, looks like 3 simultaneous connections may be possible as long as within total output amp limit) on Amazon for $38.99. Without running a bunch of wires (neatly, a bit of a pain), that will only be useful in one location. Still, I expect it would run for example a ViAir 100% duty cycle 12V air compressor that I already have, a lot cheaper than getting another air compressor. Or for something that didn't use an outlet, one could get a 48V to 12V converter and connect it to the 48V tap in the frunk. That's more expensive, and I haven't seen one that comes right up close to 400W (most are smaller, for golf carts), but it should be findable, and probably in the $100 range.

I think the 120VAC->12VDC option makes more sense than a permanent 12V setup, since it's easily removable and useable for other purposes.

Ordered these a while ago and finally got them on; they go on easy lock incredibly tight match the paint of the rim almost perfectly and well they are aluminum so it makes the wheel look and feel like one lugnut less secretly attached rim. Highly recommend.

I’ve been waiting on my shipment of their plastic ones for over a month now. First, it was supposedly coming the week after Memorial Day. Now it’s “any day now.” 🤷🏼‍♂️

I think if you want a bunch of accessory lights for instance (high beam assist and additional fog lights, maybe reverse lights and additional running board lights if you put some on--some would want off road lights as well) plus maybe a glydesphere for sound, etc, etc. then the option for a more permanent 12v parallel system becomes more necessary, at least until 48v options are out there but that may not happen anytime soon. Running all that wire and such could get pricey setting up a total parallel system. Not sure tapping it off of the 120v AC system will be as practical in that instance which is what I am thinking most would want it for (exterior lights and potentially sounds if one is into that). Things used more intermittently could be converted off of the AC for sure and inside the cabin I am sure most things could run off of USB. But I'm not sure that permanent install exterior lighting will have many options other than the parallel wiring system for 12v solution, at least for now.

Just some thoughts.

Cheers

Call them lot of discounts right now came out to like 350 for me
Just installed mine. $399 with a discount code CYBRGO. Decent price considering the other aftermarket parts are plastic and can be $125 or more. I did chip the finish in two of them while installing. Finish is not as robust as the original wheels. Very tight fit made for a difficult install on one of my wheels, this was a tolerance issue in my wheel not the part. Overall machined well.

Yep, “CYBERTRUCKco” branding is a deal killer at any price.
I’m happy with my eBay & Amazon purchases.

I ordered a set and didn't realize they were branded. A few photos have non branded images including the initial image. I was disappointed to see the branding when I unwrapped them. Same reason I didn't order the t Sportline ones. I really like that the truck is unbranded... Now it says Cybertruckco on it. Oh well.

I thought the same thing, but they have another item that are just plastic covers. You might’ve been looking at those.
