My son’s RC car came in the mail yesterday afternoon. Almost 4 months to the day from when I placed the order. Thank you for getting it here. The box looks like it was drop kicked by a pro wrestler but everything seems to work.

Lucky kid got two cool presents this year thanks to his patience. Silver lining, he really did exhibit a very tempered response to the situation for a seven year old. Proud of him.

I wasn’t either. It took public shaming in this forum and a similar threat to yours to get it done and literally took four months to fill my RC car order and send me the correct order.
To be explicit, I will NEVER spend my money with them again despite the fact that I think many of the products themselves are excellent.
@CT_AZ_4x4 was instrumental in helping me get my mirror working and he’s an incredibly awesome friend who means well, but he bought his S92 from another forum member who gave up on the mirror and then troubleshot it to the point of making it work. As as far as I know, he has not actually directly purchased anything from Tesstudio as a customer but I could be wrong about that.
It is in fact possible for them to help when they decide to because they eventually did in my case even though it literally took months, but ignoring until you give up seems to be the modus operandi. Don't give up.You deserve to get a working product for the money you paid and they do NOT deserve to be let off the hook.
If that means credit card charge back, so be it.

Good news is a few days ago I tried again to put in the new harness for the s92 mirror. I repeated the same steps as my first attempt and this time there were no errors. Nothing was done differently and very happy that it worked out this time.

Btw, WhatsApp seems to be the most effective channel communication with them. Evan that is abysmally bad but it’s MUCH better than emailing them.

It makes the truck a lot safer IMHO. When you turn on a blinker you can still see what’s coming from behind you.

I agree. Vast improvement to both safety and general feel of the Cybertruck. Hard to describe a cabin this size as claustrophobic, but it really negates that feeling to be able to look up and see out the back like you’re in a tiny hatchback.
