It was definitely non-intuitive for me to begin with.As we know, there is always a point of diminishing returns in travel speed vs time it takes to recoup/refill that kWh energy at the charger. It has changed over the years as the cars and batteries have. I recall long long ago so may threads and spreadsheets on calculating the 'best' speed limit to travel the 'fastest'. At one point in time it was ~72 mph.

Yea, "Back when the concept was first introduced..." Superchargers were well over 100 miles apart and there were no V3/250kW Superchargers. These new kids just don't know how good they have it!
