The X's aero envelope would be completely different, these bikes aren't completely out of it unlike those on an X. -Crissa

Because I think bikes mostly inside of the vault will have a different aerodynamic hit than bikes sticking off the end of a faberge egg. -Crissa
The airflow is now dropping down into the bed of the CT vs when the sloped tonneau was there (ie. ala. my graphic).

I got the impression you had some ideas and thought the CT with bikes 1/2 in an open bed would be an estimated ?% better than breaking up airflow over the back of the TMX.
