So far;
1. Service Center finally fixed my inter active air suspension (air suspension error messages) - replaced the whole compressor after 3 Service Center appointments.
2. Replaced the Wiper motors (Recall). Ever since then, The wiper wipes dry at random times, the wiper arm parks a few inches off its sides and is annoying to see. Still an ongoing concern for me. I have an upcoming appointment for this wiper (May 30), this will be the third appt. on this issue. Hopefully they fix it this time.
In my opinion, the whole wiper mechanism needs to be re-designed from the ground up.
3. They have replaced the Tonneau applique (plastic top sides)(Recall). No issues after replacement.
4. My CT completely died on a failed software update.
This was an excruciating experience - called the Service help 3 times and everytime they were saying it needed to be towed. Tried with the key card, tried resetting by pressing the steering buttons simultaneously, tried almost anything to no avail.
Out of frustration, I googled it, I pulled out the Jumper cords/cables located under the left front fender to "resuscitate" it- Using a portable battery. Then it came alive and the display lit up. After a while,Tow truck came but it cannot be towed due to "Tow Mode" greyed out or not available. Called the Service Center again, the service tech re-installed the software update and finally it completed and was successful - it was fixed remotely! Back to normal!
5. Got rear ended (left rear bumper). Tesla Collision Center got it repaired. Getting an appointment in Tesla Collision is hard (maybe because they are so busy everytime?) and the whole repair process was complex. It took about more than a month to get it fixed.

Other than those above. The FSD, Steer by wire, 4 wheel steering, long range battery and fast super charging and comfortable ride makes this truck a blast(joy) to drive.
Regarding #2, I had the same issue after they replaced my wiper motor. The root cause is the tech didn’t install it correctly. I read the service manual and could tell which part he didn’t do.

The good news is, it’s a pretty quick thing to fix.

This is a great discussion. I did not react to the opinions that stated this was skewed (or just ā€œdumbā€ 🤣) as many people (~175) have voted! I created the poll with Groq’s help and specifically asked to make it a ā€œnon-biased poll on reliabilityā€. If you look at the polling results thus far, 95.5% of this community states that their Cybertruck has been reliable! And only 5% state it is unreliable!

That is NOT what I thought looking at the threads and discussions over the past 70 + days of being in this community. This is an incredible statement!
Wow…that is surprising…which is itself surprising.
