I have developed a rear squeak after 4,000 miles. That's it. Absolutely love the vehicle. My power went out last night. Got a long extension cord and plugged into truck so I could finish watching Olympics. If I were Tesla I would raise prices on the vehicle after Foundation Series ends!

HAS YOUR CT BEEN PROBLEM FREE?
Well, Tesla service think so, because it’s so difficult to bring it in for service.
-Tesla doesn’t seem to be able to do service at my local facility… Superior, Colorado.
-Tesla keeps referring me to downtown Denver or another location about an hour from my house.
-Tesla will not offer any loaner vehicles or transportation.
-Tesla won’t tell me how long they want to keep my vehicle.
-It takes over two months to schedule an appointment.

It was delivered with problems: Defective driver side button, broken molding tabs near the bed. Misaligned panels, Whine in the drive train, scratch, wheels, etc.
I’m on the list for a couple of recalls like the wiper motor.
I have some damage from an accident, but Tesla refuses to give me an estimate or let me get an estimate from somebody else.

Right now, the vehicle is still drivable so I’m going to wait till I have to go in, like for the range extender, and get everything done at once.
I’ve spoken with service people at my local Superior “dealer“ (these guys are great!), But when I get into the service text/email system, people are short, uncompromising and sometimes rude.
I really don’t understand the poor Service, but mostly disappointed at the poor attitude.
I just hope that Tesla all allows non-Tesla service facilities to take over.

No problems here. Only issue is a twisted seatbelt…no chance I’m driving 150 miles to get that fixed. I’m about to hit 2000 miles
Old thread, but couldn’t find another report. I just noticed my rear pax seatbelt is twisted. No functional impact but it looks kind of sloppy. Worth getting Tesla to fix or not?

Had a couple of faults in the first 1000 miles. A rear caliper had to be replaced. I got degraded braking errors, and one car may not start error that I think was related, but was scary.

If you happen to live next to a service center, OMG, the best service EVER. When I text in the app i get real human responses that seem to care. When I call, I get real human beings that I can understand and that understand me. But even better, I just rolled into the service center, they ask you your number, they SEE all the error codes, ask if I want a loaner, I say yes, and in less than 3 minutes I get another cyber truck, set my key to it, all my settings transfer, and I'm out the door in less than 3 minutes.

SHOCKING.

I do not know if it's like that everywhere, but OMG, so next level.

Since that caliper replacement, I have no issues, knock wood. And this truck is always dirty as heck driving off road all the time at least 30% of the time. At only 2000 miles so far. Just got it in July. So knock wood, hopefully it will continue to work great.

2 things that suck. Wiper in auto mode is deranged. The buttons for turn signals suck. Yes you get used to them, but they suck.
