Just had my rear black panel with the buttons fly off. A lady followed us home as parked I was thinking uh oh did I hit something or idk. She told me I saw a panel fly off it’s on “x” street. I will admit this sucks but I’m going to remain calm unless service appointment lets me down. My hope is they have the parts already there and replace the panel that day. Does anyone know if SC just have a bunch of parts or will this be a case of we will have the part next week

We have had our Cybertruck just over a week. When I picked it up there was air noise coming from the passenger side at speeds 45-65 mph depending on outside wind and direction. I have an appt to have it looked at tomorrow but we took a look at the passenger door window and it sticks out a bit, allowing for air to get in under pressure. I suspect that is the problem and hope that it is easily fixed. Other than that the CT has been wonderful.

Sitting at 1,824 miles, no issues so far. When we took delivery the steering wheel was not “centered” when driving straight. That was resolved with a short (about 1 hour total) service center visit. Because it is steer-by-wire they don’t have to put it on an alignment rack to fix it. They have a special “service plus” menu they they go in to and set the steering wheel to be true when the tires at 0°

PROBLEMS? LET ME TELL YOU …

Oh, sorry! My caps lock was on and I don’t want to appear rude or deranged, so I had to fix that. Now, to continue…

… about that! My problem is so vexing that it’s forcing me to make major life changes.

Now that I have my Cybertruck I suddenly don’t need my old GMC truck, or my Mercedes sedan or my Corvette sport car. I’ll have to sell them! That means I’ll lose my multi-car insurance discount and the insurance premium I’m paying on the Cybertruck is going to go UP!!

Ugh! So disappointing!!!
I'm getting rid of a Hummer H3, Mercedes sedan and an NSX sports car. They're just redundant vehicles now. Oh well, I guess I'll have to deal with no multi-car insurance discount, too.

left hand mirror glass vibrates anytime
I’m driving (seems like something is either loose or missing that is supposed to kill vibration, right mirror doesn’t do this)

Loving the Cybertruck and it seems like all of my issues will be relatively easy fixes. Nearly 1k miles on the truck, very happy with range and performance.

The only issue I have is with the tonneau not opening/closing smoothly and sometimes it just stop a few inches short. Already recalibrate it three times in a month.

No problems here. Only issue is a twisted seatbelt…no chance I’m driving 150 miles to get that fixed. I’m about to hit 2000 miles
Had that too.. super easy to fix. Hit me up if you haven’t fixed it already

Zero issues, 3500 miles in. Got to top speed, off roaded it pretty hard, tried to jump it, jumped some curbs, and drive just like the day I got it. Awesome vehicle

So, a few. For some weird reason, the drivers side door button works intermittently. Additionally, the truck bed top rail on the passenger side is loose. I can lift the end of it really easily and looks like the clips are not securing as well as the double-sided tape. Can't understand Tesla using double-sided tape! Regardless, service is going to fix everything.

No issues. Only at 600 miles. Vin in the 9000s.

Did notice if you hold the brakes while changing the suspension height, it made weird noises. I let off immediately and it stopped.

I believe I saw your post. My belt actually has twists in it. It’s not just the buckle. My belt is going to have to be detached and reinstalled. Let me know if that is what you fixed.

Coming up on a 1000 miles. Center console is loose and squeaks at every turn or bump, frunk needs minor adjustment to better align with each side, and keep getting HVBATT_a223 error which fortunately has not resulted in charging issues (yet). All getting checked out next week. First 2 should be easily addressed and hoping the error code is a software bug.

That makes sense. Changing the suspension height changes the suspension geometry slightly. If that results in even a tiny change in wheelbase - and you are holding the brakes - either the tires will be forced to slip on the pavement or the wheels will be forced to turn against the brakes. Both of those things will cause some noise. I'll try it with mine.

Just take ot easy at first. Find a parking lot and just drive around it and practice parking in some open areas to get used to the feel.

When I bought my F150, I moved from a two door hatchback. The first time I sat in it, I was intimidated as it felt so huge. However, after a couple days of cautious driving, I adjusted quickly and never looked back.

The CT is actually a little smaller than my F140 (just an inch or so in each direction).
