I have developed a rear squeak after 4,000 miles. That's it. Absolutely love the vehicle. My power went out last night. Got a long extension cord and plugged into truck so I could finish watching Olympics. If I were Tesla I would raise prices on the vehicle after Foundation Series ends!

HAS YOUR CT BEEN PROBLEM FREE?
Well, Tesla service think so, because it’s so difficult to bring it in for service.
-Tesla doesn’t seem to be able to do service at my local facility… Superior, Colorado.
-Tesla keeps referring me to downtown Denver or another location about an hour from my house.
-Tesla will not offer any loaner vehicles or transportation.
-Tesla won’t tell me how long they want to keep my vehicle.
-It takes over two months to schedule an appointment.

It was delivered with problems: Defective driver side button, broken molding tabs near the bed. Misaligned panels, Whine in the drive train, scratch, wheels, etc.
I’m on the list for a couple of recalls like the wiper motor.
I have some damage from an accident, but Tesla refuses to give me an estimate or let me get an estimate from somebody else.

Right now, the vehicle is still drivable so I’m going to wait till I have to go in, like for the range extender, and get everything done at once.
I’ve spoken with service people at my local Superior “dealer“ (these guys are great!), But when I get into the service text/email system, people are short, uncompromising and sometimes rude.
I really don’t understand the poor Service, but mostly disappointed at the poor attitude.
I just hope that Tesla all allows non-Tesla service facilities to take over.
