I've hit 2,870 miles now, much of it on rugged terrain, still no problems. I haven't even taken it in for any of the recalls, the accelerator pedal cover is firmly stuck to the pedal, the wiper functions fine (I wish it squirted more fluid when I pushed the button, I have to hold it for 3-4 seconds to get enough), and, were there other recalls? I forgot now. Everything just works.

Efficiency is far better than early Youtube reports suggested. I think they nerfed the range to get payments for negative Cybertruck reviews. I'm sitting at 395 Wh/mile currently, and that includes all the mountainous off-road I've done, about 35% of all miles). When I drive it calmly and normally on country roads at 50-60 mph I get around 333 Wh/mile. When I do a lot of full-throttle launches my efficiency goes to hell, as expected.

The ride is smooth, quiet, solid feeling and rattle/squeak free. The stereo hasn't degraded, the rust spots haven't shown up on the SS, the upper front A-arms haven't bent like a pretzel, the tonneau cover works perfectly and is one of the best features of the truck. No other pickup comes with anything like it (that I've seen).

The frunk hasn't cut off anyone's finger, neither have the doors, the seats are firm and supportive, super comfy and highly customizable, the air suspension works flawlessly and continues to shock me with its ability to deliver over 16" of ground clearance if necessary (even in the lowest driving mode it has the same ground clearance as many trucks and better approach/departure angles), phone as a key works even slightly better than on our Model 3's, the wi-fi connectivity seems more robust, the cameras are higher resolution, the higher fidelity music I play over Tidal has awesome depth and dimension (much, much better, and louder, than I'm accustomed to for an OEM stereo).

The worst thing about the Cybertruck for me? The manner in which the off-road modes is activated is really convoluted. They need to integrate off-road modes better with normal driving modes.

Can anyone explain all the persistent negativity about this awesome truck that won't seem to go away? Or did I get the only good one? Interestingly, I saw my first Cybertruck in the wild the other day, and another one about 4 days later. So I['ve only seen mine and two others in the wild in the last 3,000 miles!

Windshield camera alignment, annoying vibration, new front motor… 2,500 miles. Issues from day one. Seems to be fine now

Just minor issues like creaks, etc. Nothing greater than what I have gotten with my ICE trucks.

But I laugh at all the morons who say "What a POS! 3 recalls!". I have a 2022 F150 and it's had several recalls, and my 2023 F350 has had a couple. Funny how that never makes it to social networks or the media.

Day 1-5 was good. Ever since then I've had a new rattle appear every 2 weeks. I'm on 3 places where it rattles now. Also the set cushion part is loose and shifts by a milimeter when turning.

Anyone that doesn't have any interior issues should consider themselves lucky.

The other day I had a guy pull up and say,” that thing hasn’t caught fire yet?” He drove a Ford with a 6.0 diesel….

No. not close, but I still like it.

  • Coolant low
  • Rear oil pump failure
  • Tonneau seal missing (rains in bed, not just leak)
  • Frunk button never worked (getting fixed next week)
  • Tonneau cover button stops working anytime it rains (getting replaced next week)

They say when someone has a good experience with a business they may tell one or two people, if they have a bad experience they'll tell seventeen on average. This site does seem to amplify the negative experiences. Don't get me wrong it's been helpful for me when I experience any little quirk, I can find an answer and or solution here. It's good to have this positive thread to counter balance things a bit. I love my truck. I have over 6500 miles already. Couldn't be happier!

I've had a decent list of issues, but still love the truck. Tesla service has been great fixing each issue as it pops up.

I've had mine about a month and a half and put about 1100 miles on it. At first I had trouble with the portable charger starting to charge (it's the only way I've ever charged it) but that issue has disappeared. Other than that just cops and tickets.
